Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Lindsay M. Wozniak moved to Texas while in high school. From there she attended the University of Arizona where she received her BA in Philosophy and minored in Pre-Law Thematics. After graduating, Lindsay moved back to Texas to attend the Texas A&M University School of Law. While at Texas A&M, Lindsay served as president of both the Student Bar Association and the Women’s Law Student Association. She also gained experience conducting and participating in mediation for civil and family law cases.
After graduating, Lindsay joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney’s Office where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony cases while gaining invaluable trial experience. Since leaving the DA’s Office, Lindsay has focused her practice as a criminal defense attorney. As a defense attorney, Lindsay handles misdemeanor, felony, and federal cases across multiple counties in Texas.
